The journey of an unlikely Grand Prix horse and his rider.

Welcome! My name is Caroline George. I am an amateur dressage rider living and working in Ottawa, Ontario. I have two horses (I own one, I’m pretty sure the other owns me): Tundra, my 20-year-old thoroughbred percheron Grand Prix Horse and Nash my 3-year-old KWPN by Ampere/Gribaldi.

I am an avid reader and have often searched for a blog regarding a higher-level amateur rider with a mixed breed. I keep coming up short, when the idea came to me “I could write one”, after being a horse owner for over 17 years!
